It’s almost here!

1.  Award Scope – The Collaborative Training Company (“CTC”) will provide one transferable conference registration for AfroTech 2025 (“Conference”) to the selected award recipient (“Winner”). The registration has an approximate value of $472 and will be transferred in accordance with the Conference’s official transfer policies.
    
2. Exclusions – This award covers conference registration only. CTC is not responsible for and will not cover any travel, lodging, meals, transportation, incidentals, or any other expenses incurred to attend the Conference.
    
3. Non-Transferability – Once the registration has been transferred to the Winner, it may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or exchanged for cash or any other consideration. Any violation of this condition will result in forfeiture of the registration, and CTC reserves the right to reassign it to another participant.
    
4. Assumption of Risk – By accepting this award, the Winner acknowledges that attendance at the Conference is voluntary and may involve risks, including but not limited to travel risks, exposure to illness, or participation in event activities. The Winner assumes all such risks.
    
5. Release & Indemnification – The Winner agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless CTC, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with attending the Conference or using the registration, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or loss. The Winner further agrees to indemnify and defend CTC against any claims brought by third parties in connection with their participation in the Conference.
    
6. Compliance with Conference Rules – The Winner must comply with all AfroTech 2025 rules, regulations, and policies. Any violation of those rules may result in removal from the event without refund or further obligation from CTC.
